Our overarching environmental objective is to be seen by the surrounding society, by the customers and by our employees as a responsible industry leader in environmental matters. Not only in terms of our core competency – recycling of materials – but equally so in work environment matters and in the efforts to reduce our energy consumption. We always comply with all applicable environmental regulations, but we want to do things even better than that. We are therefore committed to taking independent initiatives and making innovative approaches to further improve our environmental impact. We emphasise efforts to limit our industry’s environmental impact and use noise-reducing measures wherever and whenever we can.

Work environment and quality assurance
We train all our employees to observe full compliance with all applicable safety and health requirements, including consistent and proper use of for instance safety footwear, safety helmets and respirators as well as proper handling and use of machinery and equipment.
